Obligation to provide / necessity of personal data for contact

The provision of personal data is not required by law. However, the data required to process an inquiry via our contact form, such as your first name, surname and email address, must be provided. Without these, we will not be able to process your inquiry.

1. Information you provide to us

contact form

Via our contact form we receive your name, first name and
E-mail address.
This data cannot be viewed by third parties. We will not pass this data on to third parties under any circumstances.
We will delete this data once we have processed your request.

EU GDPR.

2. Information we receive automatically as a result of your use of our website

While you use or visit our website, data is automatically collected from you via tracking.
Here you can find out how tracking happens and why we use tracking (ensuring security, providing our service).

Implementation of tracking

We use tracking technologies to collect data to provide our services and to evaluate user behavior as well as for statistical purposes. As part of the tracking, access data
(e.g. date and time of visit, referrer, IP address, location data, product and version information of the browser or app used, device identifiers or device data) as well as interaction data
(e.g. pages viewed or search queries performed) are processed.

No cookies are used.

Purpose of tracking

Ensuring safety

Tracking is carried out, among other things, to ensure and protect the legitimate interest of protecting users, the security of user data, and our website. To do this, we store the data collected in full for up to 90 days. Only a few of our employees with the appropriate access rights have access to this data. The legal basis for this processing of personal data is Art. 6 I f)
EU GDPR.

Providing our service

Tracking and analyzing user behavior helps us to review and optimize the effectiveness of our service and to fix errors.
We always try to adapt our products and services to the needs of users.

3. Transfer of your data to third parties

As a matter of principle, we do not pass on your personal data to third parties unless we are required to do so by law or by a court or official order. If we work with external service providers as part of data processing (e.g. when analyzing user behavior), this is usually done on the basis of what is known as contract processing, where we remain responsible for the data processing. We check each of these service providers in advance for the measures they have taken to protect data and ensure that the contractual provisions for protecting personal data provided for by law are in place.

Your rights

Among other things, you have legal rights to information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and objection to processing as well as a right to data portability. In addition, you can revoke any consent you have given to processing at any time and complain to a supervisory authority.

If the processing is unlawful and you refuse to delete the personal data and instead request that we restrict the use of the personal data, we will comply with your request.
The restriction of processing
This also applies if we no longer need your personal data for the purposes of processing, but you need it to assert, exercise or defend your own legal claims, or if you have objected to processing pursuant to Art. 21 Para. 1 EU GDPR, as long as it has not yet been determined whether the legitimate reasons of the controller outweigh your reasons. We will inform you before the restriction is lifted.

Right to data portability

EU GDPR or on a contract pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 Letter b) EU GDPR and b) the processing is carried out using automated procedures.

This does not affect the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until the revocation.
